xspeakfree is a TCL/TK frontend to speakfree that was originally written by Shawn Pearce. A tweaked version of Shawn's release 0.7 provided by Ivan Popov has its home at http://www.math.chalmers.se/~pin/xsf-0.7.tgz Ivan says: ``I just added squelch compatibility to Shawn Pearce's version 0.7 without changing the version number... Known bug (better safe than sorry): Pressing "Enter" while entering additional arguments may embed newline into the arguments - not really what you wanted. Certainly trivial to fix :) Workaround - consequently use the 'Ok' button.'' Average.org maintainer is not involved in the development, he only holds the thing here for public access.
